Family Practice or Internal Medicine----Multiple openings; currently licensed to practice in the State of Alabama; must have MD or Foreign degree equivalent; must have completed residency for board eligibility, but certification preferred; frequent calls; must rotate at other clinics in the vicinity; must be able to obtain hospital privileges at local hospitals; must be sensitive to the needs of diverse cultural backgrounds of the medically underserved.

General Dentist----Multiple openings; Provide dental care through corrective care, the prevention of dental disease and the promotion of dental health. DDS or DMD from an approved dental school; valid State of Alabama license; ability to communicate and relate effectively with patients, administration and medical personnel; must be able to function as a collaborative and egalitarian team member; must be able to work under stress while maintaining a level of quiescence that decreases anxiety in personnel and patients; must be able to work with children

Behavioral Health Clinician--------------------As part of the primary care treatment team, identifies triages and manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting. In addition, the Behavioral Health Clinician will provide skill through psycho education and patient education strategies and will develop specific behavioral change plans for patients and behavioral health protocols for target population. Supervision required. Qualifications: MSW or Phd in Psychology; Current Alabama licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dental Hygienist
-----------------Assist Dentist by cleaning scaling and polishing teeth; taking and processing X-rays; and providing instruction on oral hygiene to patients. Qualifications: Completion of dental hygienist program approved by State of Alabama Dental Board; At least 6 months experience as dental hygienist; including periods of internship or on the job training; Licensure by the Alabama Board of Dental Examiners

Quality Assurance Review Analyst------ Responsible for the coordination of the performance management system and process corporate-wide; The individual will interact with administration, medical staff, department managers, nursing staff and ancillary staff in the performance improvement assessment findings in an accurate, timely and organized format for review. Aggregate and organize monitoring activities according to requirements of regulatory agencies and corporate guidelines; Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years experience required in industry and healthcare setting; posses a four year degree as a Licensed Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Mental Health Specialist--------- Master’s level Social Worker functions as a member of the Talladega County Satellite comprehensive team in addressing the psychosocial needs of individuals, families and groups within the community; actively searches for individuals in need of mental health services within service area Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work; Social Work license for the State of Alabama; two years of related work experience, preferably in medical setting; must be sensitive to divergent cultural backgrounds; must be knowledgeable of community resources

Patient Education Specialist---- This professional health education position requires patient and public contact to promote community health education and services. This position is designed to plan, organize and direct health education programs; coordinate public health campaigns and distribution of health-related information to patients in the schools and their families; serves as a clinical team member; serves special population groups; serves as a community relations representative and primary health care information resource for staff and school faculty.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in nursing, nutrition or health education; extensive knowledge of health education planning and public relations techniques; working knowledge of community agencies available to offer additional medical/technical support; ability to develop and prepare a wide variety of health education materials; ability to interpret health education materials to groups and individuals from varying backgrounds.

Community Services Nurse----------
Promotes health and education throughout the community by providing health screenings and various other medical services. This individual also is responsible for distributing health-related information and resources to the community through associated agencies and organizations; Works with the Director of Clinical Services, Medical Director, and collaborative teams to organize and lead chronic disease care improvement efforts; Assists team in development of chronic disease care protocols, key measures, and standards of care for adoption; Assists with establishment of program goals and objectives for chronic disease care management; Provides health screenings and health education in schools, housing developments, and other community agencies servicing youth, completing of 10 screenings per week; participates in QA and clinical measure programs.

Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and approved baccalaureate programs (BSN or Master’s degree level); Current Alabama License as a RN; Experience and/or training regarding health care for perinatal patient, children and adolescents; Certified in EPSDT screening

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; Must possess bilingual skills in Spanish and English; Must be able to travel to worksites and other areas; Must demonstrate bi-cultural diversity; Must possess a current valid Alabama driver’s license

HR Benefits Coordinator---------------
Responsible for providing administrative & technical assistance as well as administering all employee benefit programs; aiding in recruitment and interviewing; processing payroll; maintaining personnel and leave files; handling unemployment compensation and workers compensation claims; conducting exit interviews/ notifying qualified staff of COBRA rights.

Qualifications: High School Diploma; three or more years experience in HR; must be multitasked; must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to type 45 WPM; computer knowledge; must be adaptable to change.
