the coordination of the performance management system and process
corporate-wide; responsible for managing and analyzing risk
management data, interfacing with defense legal counsel, managing

program. Demonstrate working knowledge of JCAHO accreditation
standards. The
individual will interact with administration, medical staff,
department managers, nursing staff and ancillary staff in the
performance improvement assessment findings in an accurate, timely
and organized format for review. Aggregate and organize monitoring
activities according to requirements of regulatory agencies and
corporate guidelines; Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years
experience required in industry and healthcare setting; posses a
four year degree as a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Practical

Graduated from an
accredited four-year college or university. Prefer graduate level
