Quality of Life Health Services, Inc. Awarded Maternity Care Contract

QOLHS, Inc. has been awarded the contract to assume responsibility for the Maternity Care Program, effective 1/1/2010. This means that women with Medicaid and who reside in Dekalb, Cherokee, Calhoun, Cleburne and Etowah Counties will be enrolled in the District III program through QOLHS.

The toll-free number to enroll in the program is 1-888-490-0131 or locally 492-0131. Pregnant women wishing to enroll and obtain a doctor’s appointment should first make sure that Medicaid benefits have been awarded. If this has not been accomplished, the individual should see the Medicaid worker in the county of residence.
