Colley Homes ProCare In 1993, the public housing needs of the community were at the forefront with the establishment of the ProCare centers. Located in the housing communities of Gadsden to specifically serve this population. ProCare provides a scope of services which include outpatient primary healthcare and outreach and health education.  City Information
