Quality of Life Health Complex Built in 1997, the Quality of Life Health Complex is the corporate offices for Quality of Life as well as the largest of all the Quality of Life facilities. The 65,000 sq ft facilities includes a tremendous scope of care which includes: Primary healthcare services; dental; diagnostic services; laboratory; pharmacy and enabling services which together provide the backbone of patient care. Through the primary medical services, we provide obstetrics and gynecology; pediatrics; internal medicine and family medical services, including extended clinic hours. Together with diagnostic services such as on-site X-ray and screening using the in-house CLIA laboratory, results are faster and more efficient for the patient. Vision care, social services, case management and Medicaid Eligibility are all conveniently housed together with each patient's time and care in mind. Along with our on-site pharmacy, each patient is able to find a complete healthcare solution.  City Information
