Pharmacy Assistance Program (PAP)

Is the high cost of prescription medication preventing you from obtaining treatment for your health care needs?  If so, we are here to help!  With high rising cost of prescription drugs, Quality of Life (QOL) is committed to working with our patients to assist them in obtaining their medication (s) at an affordable cost.

The QOL Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) enables qualifying patients to receive prescription medications at a nominal fee.  We provide a paperless application process through a one-on-one enrollment session with a PAP Representative.  Medications are sent directly to QOL and distributed through our Pharmacy, where counseling is available by a qualified Pharmacist.  A PAP Representative is available to enroll you at any time (an appointment is not necessary).  Patients will only be required to bring verification of income and an individual prescription from a QOL provider for each medication being requested from the program.
